Salon Policies
We always want you looking fabulous when you leave Dawn Claire So we prefer to finish your hair after a colour or cut, with a beautiful blow dry or natural heat dry, so we are able check everything is as it should be. We don’t offer wet cuts or colours.
Cancellation policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. This is to enable the salon to attempt to resale the appointment and avoid loss of business and protect stylists income. If you cancel later than 24 hours or fail to attend an appointment we will require a 50% deposit for any future bookings and you will incur a charge.

CORRECTIONS POLICY
At Dawn Claire we strive to provide you with an exceptional service at every single appointment. If during the service there is anything you’re not sure about please let us know and we will do our best to make sure you leave with a look that you love. If you are unsure of anything after leaving the salon please get in touch as soon as possible . We will be happy to check your hair and make alterations, if we deem necessary, up to 2 weeks after initial service. After that there would be a charge.
We don’t offer monetary refunds as we much prefer the opportunity to rectify any issues.

New Skin Testing/ Allergy testing protocol
All new clients ,and existing clients that have not had a colour in the last 6 months, will need to visit the salon for a patch test either behind the ear or inside the elbow. This needs to be 48 hours before your colour. If you have colour with us regularly we will email you a pre service allergy alert test form that needs to be completed 48 hours before every colour. Please let us know if you have not received this email. We will not be able to colour your hair without the completed form
Deposits
We reserve the right to request deposits for Longer colour services and colour corrections. This will usual be 50% and is non refundable if less than 48 hours is given to cancel or reschedule.
Hair Extensions
When booking Hair extensions you will be given an in depth consultation to ascertain your needs .We can then recommend and confirm colour choices and the best type/technique for your hair type. We require Full payment for the hair up front and this is non refundable unless the hair is returned unopened within two weeks of purchase.
We take a deposit of 50% of the fitting fee at the time of booking and cancellation should be 48 hours before the fitting appointment We currently use Award winning Zen luxury hair.
